A delightful and hot spicy soup where you can make your variety of alkaline meats, colorful vegetables or even noodles. It is an ideal dish for lunch or dinner and better still if you consume it with your loved ones. 

Want to blow your family’s mind with some homemade (almost) as good Sichuan Hotpot? Don’t worry try Qinma Sichuan traditional hotpot seasoning. This is quick to whip up, and I will show you how. First you need to get:

Cooking Sichuan Hotpot at Home

Add water, together with chicken broth and Sichuan Hotpot soup base within a huge pot, along with some Qinma Sauce for cooking Chinese dishes. Put it on the fire and heat until boiling. Voila, mes amis  that will make a terrific spice mix to flavor soup. 

Add the sliced vegetables to the pot. Allow them to simmer in your boiling soup for up to 5 to 7 minutes. It is to make them rich, soft and flavorful.
