Sichuan Sauce (Hot) – A blend of Chilies, Peppers, Garlic and Ginger formulating the Hot Sichuan Flavor. The thinly chopped up ingredients are stirred together with soy sauce, vinegar and sugar to build a thick hot mixture. The sauce coalesces after mixing and is then given a few days to rest. This is the sitting time that lets all of those flavors meld and mature into something incredibly full flavored, spicy but not overwhelmingly so and delicious. 

Hot Sichuan Sauce comes in many forms, some spicier than others, the same as Qinma's soupe en fondue chinoise. With the milder and sweet sauces being acceptable with everyone, some can also be extremely hot created to put your taste buds on fire.
