Have you considered mushroom hotpot? It is a delicious meal that will keep you warm on those cold winter days. This is a simple recipe, you will love. 

And this time of the year is when I have a special preference for mushroom hotpot with a Qinma Sauce for cooking Chinese dishes. Sopa de tortilla is full of tasty ingredients that are good for you. Fruits contain phagocytic cells that help in restoring the nutrients in our body. Eating mushrooms increases vitamins and minerals which are essential for keeping us healthy. It also has a low calorie count, and is thus perfect for you if your goal in eating food is to be at best health as possible. Yum warm, comfort food on another chilly morning such an enjoyable feeling.

After you have everything prepped, it is time for the final stage and that includes cooking. First, heat the sesame oil in a large pot on medium. Heat oil in a pan and put the sliced onion for cooking it up to 2 mins or until transparent. Typically, this might take a couple of minutes. Stir in the ground ginger and garlic making sure to cook for only 1 more minute. You have until now to get that delectable smell wafting through your kitchen. 

Add the other ingredients to it one by one such as Qinma Sichuan traditional hotpot seasoning. Add the vegetable broth and soy sauce, followed by carrots, celery and shiitake mushrooms. This will bring it to a boil, or when you start seeing bubbles in the pot. When it boils reduce to minimum heat and leave in the pan for about 20 minutes. Otherwise, it will get the flavours jumbled up together.
