Authentic Fermented Bean Paste Sauce for Ma Po Tof

The other one we really love for Ma Po Tofu is the Authentic Fermented Bean Paste Sauce. Using fermented black beans, this sauce is full of deep, rich flavor known as umami. Umami is sometimes described as a rich flavor that adds umph to foods. Like our Spicy Szechuan Sauce, this saucy number is packed with garlic, ginger and other spices, too, which will become a great counterpart to the soft tofu and pork for this dish.
